Im at the @thebakedpotatoexpress trailer at the NY State Fair and I’m trying their simple sweet potato. And yes, I know it’s just a sweet potato, but it’s so delicious. Cooked perfectly so the inside is silky and smooth and then it gets a ladle of clarified butter. It gets cinnamon, brown sugar and marshmallows. It’s just a completely simple, sweet and hearty food.
