University of Southern California will release Early Action decisions on Friday, January 16. Ahead the release, USC shared 3,800 students will be admitted through Early Action. Everyone else will be deferred to Regular Decision. USC does not deny in the early action round. No data was shared from Early Decision Majors that require a portfolio or audition are considered in the Regular Decision round. Regular decisions will come out in late March. Anyone deferred is no longer considered for Merit
