🟢 #1 - The first movement here is a scorpion movement which is a common stretch that many people do. I love how it feels as it rotates the lower back into extension as well. With the arms out as I have show, this also is a nice mobility move for the shoulders. #2 The second one is a move that I made up that is based on the Scorpio movement.
