K9 Thunder self-propelled howitzer recently conducted a capability demonstration for the US Army in September at Yuma Proving Grounds in Arizona. As part of the demonstration, Hanwha Defense personnel conducted burst fire of 6 rounds in 43 seconds, and demonstrated compatibility with current US ammunition, including the new XM1113 RAP long-range ammunition.
