FIDELITY - INVESTMENTS AND RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS: This is a new connection setup since Dec 2023 and it uses the EWC+ connection method. I have been using Direct Connect with Fidelity Investments literally for decades without issue. I had no idea they ever offered Express Web Connect. I see that there are 2 financial institutions which may come into play. "Fidelity Investments" for your brokerage account and "Fidelity NetBenefits" for the 403(b) account.
