The early access has been prostituted to turn into a free beta testing. No even that, because game is not even completed. The only genuine early access is the one who allows to play few days before release, with the game completed. Final Fantasy XIV does this with new expansions.

Dec 2, 2022 · Some early access games can be fully functional, enjoyable games just that it's not the final version of what the developer wants. For example, I've played more Rimworld in early access then I played the full release version. The early access felt like a full game, you did not feel like anything was missing.
