A grand jury has indicted Shanetta Bossell in the stabbing death of Kansas City firefighter-paramedic Graham Hoffman and in a separate case involving the assault of a police officer.

Photo courtesy of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Bossell was also in custody at the Clay County Detention Center earlier this week on April 23 and 24, and was out on bond when Hoffman was killed.

Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott said when McWilliams learned of the investigation, he fled the area. He was later apprehended by local police in Porter, Indiana, about 20 miles east of Chicago.

Shanetta Bossell, who is accused of fatally stabbing Kansas City paramedic Graham Hoffman, was arrested days earlier after biting a police officer.

The woman was later identified as Shanetta Bossell, 38, reported local news stations KCTV 5 and KSHB. Officers responding to the call requested EMS.
