“The Superior Court and Commonwealth court hear cases statewide before they go to the Supreme Court,” said Berwood Yost, a political scientist at Franklin and Marshall College. “Those appellate courts are really important positions. For instance, Commonwealth Court is the court that ruled on the funding issues and inequity in public education.”
Krasner is supporting judicial candidates Sherrie Cohen, Deborah Watson-Stokes, and Taniesha Henry. A spokesperson said his campaign vetted the candidates to endorse those who “are highly qualified."
