Taccone will direct “The Trip,” a thriller and comedy film that stars Jason Segel, Samara Weaving, Juliette Lewis, and Timothy Olyphant, it was announced on Tuesday, November 19.

The film hails from Jorma Taccone, the Saturday Night Live alum and member of the Lonely Island comedy trio. He is also known as the filmmaker behind Pop Star: Never Stop Stopping and MacGruber.
