Sanders finished the 2024 season as the Big 12 offensive player of the year with Colorado records in passing yards (4,134), TDs in a season (37) and career (64). He completed 353 of 477 passes this season for a school record and FBS leading 74% completion rate.

The 2025 NFL Draft is here, and the Cleveland Browns have five picks remaining after selecting defensive tackle Mason Graham with the fifth overall pick and linebacker Carson Schwesinger to open the second round. The Browns traded with the Jaguars to move back three picks from No. 2 to No. 5 in the first round.

On a more positive note, they were able to talk franchise icon Myles Garrett out of his trade request and inked the star pass rusher to a four-year, $160 million extension back in March. They also provided some depth at the quarterback position, trading for Kenny Pickett and signing veteran Joe Flacco .
