In their first year as coach and general manager, Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey will have some difficult roster decisions to make.

Glenn and new general manager Darren Mougey knew right away they had to move on from Rodgers, take back the franchise and build an environment in which everyone works together and no player is more important than the team. Glenn is the face and voice of the Jets right now, and the players are hanging on his every word.

Moore possesses a versatile skill set that should allow him to play multiple positions within Glenn's secondary. Coach Glenn will appreciate his IQ and aggressiveness in the downhill run game, and his ability to play every spot in the defensive backfield. It may not be this season, but Moore projects as an eventual starter for the Jets.
