This year marks the first time that the grandstands have been sold out for the Indy 500 since 2016, with organizers expecting about 350,000 fans in attendance. A local television blackout in the Indianapolis area has also been lifted for the event known as the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing.”

Positions 13-30 for the race will be established Saturday, while positions 1-12 and 31-33 will be determined Sunday.

The parade will start at noon and air live on WTHR and WTHR+, with an encore presentation Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET on WTHR+.
