TD Bank confirmed its plans to close nearly 40 branches by June 5, a decision that comes after it evaluated its existing stores.

TD Bank is closing 38 locations in about three weeks, including three in Florida. Sites slated for closures will no longer be in business after June 5. At the same time 38 banks will be closing, TD Bank opened three new locations.
