Rashawn Slater, a former first-round draft pick and one of the leaders on the Chargers' offensive line, has agreed to a four-year contract extension with the team.

The Chargers and star left tackle Rashawn Slater are finalizing a four-year, $114 million contract extension with $92 million guaranteed, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo reported on Sunday.
