By Josh Wallace Click here for updates on this story OKLAHOMA CITY (KOCO) — State Superintendent Ryan Walters on Sunday released a statement regarding allegations that images of nude women were seen at a recent meeting by education board members.

Two Oklahoma State Board of Education members say scenes of naked women were on a TV screen visible to them during a closed session.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office confirmed OMES asked it to review allegations that explicit content appeared on a TV in Ryan Walters’ office during a State Board of Education meeting.

When contacted for comment by two Oklahoma City media outlets about the allegations, an OSDE spokesperson referred to the claims as “fake news.”

Gov. Kevin Stitt and other lawmakers reacted Friday after accusations that nude women were shown on a TV behind State Superintendent Ryan Walters during an OSDE executive session.

The call comes after two state Education Board members said they saw naked women on a TV during a meeting in Walters' office.
