The first week of NFL free agency is coming to a close, with every team addressing needs and bolstering its roster ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.  And these past few days had it all. You had the Steelers trading for (and paying) DK Metcalf despite not yet having a starting quarterback.

But would any of the remaining free agent quarterbacks entice them enough to change their plans? In other words, if the Giants sign Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson, might they consider drafting the best player available with the No. 3 pick instead of Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders (if they’re somehow still on the board)?

New Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi made a huge investment in the offensive line, two smaller investments on defense and swapped out veteran punters in the early days of free agency. Why it matters: The flurry of moves may be most notable for the position Borgonzi has not addressed: quarterback.
