The National Weather Service has confirmed a weak tornado touched down in Switzerland County, Indiana, on Sunday evening.

The National Weather Service said there were no injures or damage reported when the tornado touched down around 4:31 p.m.

The National Weather Service's Wilmington office will be conducting a preliminary storm survey in the Springfield area today.

The National Weather Service predicts clearer skies and warmer temperatures in Columbus and Cincinnati after a flood watch.
