George Clooney's Broadway play, based on his 2005 film of the same name, allowed viewers at home to see the actor's much-hyped turn as Edward R. Murrow through CNN's live television event.

In taking "Good Night, and Good Luck" from Broadway to our living rooms, Clooney returns, once again, to the medium that made him a star - and that he still believes can make an impact.

"Good Night, and Good Luck" originated as a 2005 film starring George Clooney, David Strathairn, Patricia Clarkson and Robert Downey Jr. The film tells the story of broadcast journalist Edward R. Murrow's mission to challenge Senator Joseph McCarthy.
