Grizzlies rookies Cedric Coward, Jahmai Mashack and Javon Small all missed the game against the Celtics. Coward hasn't been seen with the Grizzlies in Salt Lake City or Las Vegas yet while he continues to get back to full strength from a shoulder injury.

The Celtics opened Summer League play Friday with a 92-78 win over the Grizzlies. They went up big early, and while the Grizzlies came back to make it a game, the C’s finished off the victory to improve to 1-0 at Las Vegas.
