The actor, who had faced several charges, pleaded guilty to one stemming from his behavior at Monster-Mania Con in New Jersey three years ago.

Busey, 81, was accused of touching the buttocks of at least two female fans during a photo shoot at a Monster-Mania convention. He admitted guilty to a single count of criminal sexual contact. Prior to reaching a plea agreement, Busey had pled not guilty to five counts of the same charge.

"He acknowledged it, four counts were dismissed, and wants to move on with his life," the actor's attorney, Blair Zwillman, tells EW.
