Ozzy Osbourne’s loved ones are set to honor the rock icon with both a public procession and a private funeral. Just weeks after his farewell performance with Black Sabbath, Osbourne’s hometown of Birmingham will pay tribute with a ceremonial procession through the city.

Osbourne, who couldn’t walk on his own anymore, sat in a black leather chair. He sang five songs solo, and was then accompanied by his former bandmates Tony Iommi, Bill Ward and Geezer Butler for four final Black Sabbath tunes.

Osbourne, the Black Sabbath legend, died on July 22 at the age of 76, just weeks after reuniting with his bandmates for a farewell concert in his hometown and receiving the Freedom of the City of Birmingham on June 28.
