The classic Run utility finally gets dark mode with Windows 11 KB5067103 update in Beta and Dev Insiders channel.
The Wikipedia mobile apps all have a built-in dark mode, but to use it on the Wikipedia website, you'll need a browser extension.
To turn on dark mode in Outlook, click the File tab, choose Office Account, and set the Office Theme to black.
