In deep-blue Philadelphia, the GOP is urging its primary voters to write in the Democrat challenging Soros-backed DA Larry Krasner in the hopes of getting him to the general election.

But what you can do, it turns out, is cast a write-in vote for Dugan in the Republican primary. Republican leaders have realized this. And so they have concocted a plan. As Axios tells us, Republicans are bankrolling an effort to get Republicans to go to the polls on Tuesday and do just that: write in the name Pat Dugan.
Reality check: Dugan is "committed to not running as [a] Republican" and is not collaborating with the city's GOP, a Dugan campaign spokesperson tells Axios. "Judge Dugan has every intention of running in the general election, as the Democratic nominee," he said.
