Otto Lopez hit a three-run homer in his first game off the injured list and Liam Hicks added a two-run shot to back a strong start by Cal Quantrill, powering the Miami Marlins to a 5-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays.

MIAMI — Drew Rasmussen bounced back from a rough four-start stretch with a dominant outing Saturday, and with a little help from his friends the Rays beat the Marlins 4-0.

Drew Rasmussen threw a season-high six innings of four-hit ball, Yandy Díaz had two hits and two RBIs and the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Miami Marlins 4-0.

Cal Quantrill threw an “immaculate inning” in the fourth — three strikeouts on nine pitches — during one of his best outings of the season.

TOP PERFORMERS: Kyle Stowers has five doubles, two triples, 10 home runs and 30 RBIs for the Marlins. Agustin Ramirez is 11 for 37 with five doubles, two home runs and six RBIs over the last 10 games.

On the night, Rays pitchers issued seven free passes and surrendered thirteen hits. Bradley gave up five earned runs across four innings of work and Montgomery was tagged for three earned runs in just one third of an inning.
