LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 40-year-old Louisville woman was arrested after she allegedly hit a person riding a scooter on Hurstbourne Parkway, according to court documents.

A man has been arrested in connection with a double homicide that happened back in 2022. Louisville Metro Police said Isaac Castellanos, 34, was arrested Tuesday at 5 p.m. and charged with two counts of complicity to murder and one count of complicity tampering with evidence.

Ellis said Jacob Collett, 28, got onto I-64 at Grinstead Drive, and then drove eastbound the wrong way, hitting several cars before crashing near Mellwood Avenue. Ellis said Collett fled on foot, but was later arrested by police "a short distance" from the scene.
