American Bitcoin, a bitcoin mining and treasury company backed by President Trump's sons Eric and Donald Jr., listed on the Nasdaq Wednesday morning under the ticker symbol ABTC. It's the second crypto venture listing for the Trump brothers this week.

American Bitcoin (Nasdaq: ABTC), the Bitcoin mining firm backed by President Donald Trump's sons Donald Jr. and Eric, made its public debut on Nasdaq on Sep. 3. The stock opened at $9.22, up 33.6% a day.

A bitcoin treasury and mining company linked to the Trump family began trading Wednesday on the Nasdaq stock market. American Bitcoin’s listing follows a completed merger with Gryphon Digital Mining.
