Elon Musk faces a custody battle with partner Ashley St. Clair over their 5-month-old son, R.S.C., in a New York City court on May 29.

Ashley St. Clair on Friday filed a petition in a New York court to establish Elon Musk is her child's father, and to receive full custody.

I am, and always have been, the only parent and caretaker that R.S.C. has known,” St. Clair states in court documents.

St. Clair, 26, brought the legal action against the billionaire tech tycoon a week after her bombshell public claims that she gave birth to Musk’s 13th child.

In the petitions filed on Friday, which were obtained by Rolling Stone, she asks the court to legally establish Musk, the billionaire DOGE chief, as the father of the baby, identified as R.S.C. in the documents and born to St. Clair in September 2024, and to obtain sole custody of the child.
