Good news for Santa’s sleigh: The National Weather Service canceled its high wind advisories for much of the Puget Sound region that had been in effect Wednesday. The windstorm expected to hit the area on Christmas Eve may still arrive, but with far less intensity than what the weather service had warned of earlier this week.
