It’s been 9 years since CEO R.J. Scaringe formulated the idea for an adventure-ready, all-electric pickup truck. This week at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Rivian will debut its first car, the R1T.

2022 Rivian R1T and 2022 Nissan Frontier review, paint protection, and Cerro Gordo, in episode 227 of the Truck Show Podcast with Lightning and Holman.

It also hosts a Rivian Adventure Network, with four DC fast-chargers rated at 215 kw, and three 11-kw Level 2 chargers, all powered by 100% renewable energy, according to Rivian.
