I am wanting to setup OneNote to take notes of when I study courses through say Udemy, OneNote records the video and captures the notes I make with the video to make studying and exam prep easier.

Copilot in OneNote can already analyze typed notes to generate summaries and create to-do lists. Soon, the same features will work with hand-written notes.
