To really save time, use Excel’s Name function to create a kind of catalog of areas that you repeatedly print. To do that, block the first area you want to print and highlight it.
To define the print area for your worksheet, highlight the columns and rows to include, select "Print Area" on the Page Layout tab, and then choose "Set Print Area" from the drop-down menu.
