Two people were found dead after a house explosion and fire in west suburban Oswego, Illinois Thursday evening.

Paul Solway, 57, appears in court following the blast which damaged six houses in Alvaston, Derby.

After brief negotiations, the person responsible exited the home without further incident and was taken to a local hospital for medical care.
