Cincinnati received positive grades for its team travel and strength staff. The Bengals were given a C for ownership. Team owner Mike Brown ranked 24 out of 32 for is willingness to invest in the facilities.

Taylor already remade the top of the defensive coaching staff after the season ended by firing Lou Anarumo and bringing back Al Golden, his former linebackers coach, as the new coordinator. Also new for Golden is defensive line coach Jerry Montgomery and linebackers coach and defensive run game coordinator Mike Hodges.

Lester Holt, the anchor and managing editor of “NBC Nightly News” for a decade, announced that he is stepping down from the long-running broadcast at the beginning of the summer. NBC News did not immediately name Holt’s successor.
