After months of patiently waiting, NFL fans will be treated to a full slate of preseason games over the next four days. Technically speaking, the NFL preseason kicked off with the Hall of Fame Game last Thursday.

The NFL preseason officially kicks off this week with 16 matchups across four days. Eight games will be available on NFL Network and streamed live on NFL+.

The NFL also approved a small change to the onside kick rule. Under the old rule, a team could only attempt an onside kick in the fourth quarter and they had to be trailing. Under the new rule, onside kicks are now permitted at ANY point in the game, but the team attempting the kick still has to be trailing.
