After sitting out during the team's Wednesday win over the Washington Wizards, Crowl got 14 minutes of action during Friday's 105-92 defeat at the hands of the Chicago Bulls.
Fears, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft, netted 22 points for the New Orleans Pelicans in Las Vegas. Cody Williams, the 10th overall selection in 2024, also shined with 26 points for the Utah Jazz. Jeremiah Fears ended his Summer League slate on a high with 22 points in a defeat to the Indiana Pacers.
Following the events of summer league, NBC Sports' Kurt Hielin stacked up some early power rankings from 1-30 around the NBA, where for the Jazz, things weren't too optimistic–– as Utah found themselves rated dead last as the 30th-ranked team in a tier labeled "Dreaming of Lottery Luck (already)."
But instead, it was Riley Minix who called game on the other end. Minix caught an inbounds pass and hit a fadeaway contested bucket from the short corner to lift the Spurs to the win — which sparked a huge celebration on the floor in Las Vegas.
