Marvel Entertainment, LLC's request to be removed from the ongoing legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni was granted on Monday, June 9. The decision follows Judge Lewis J. Liman's dismissal of Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband,

Baldoni and Wayfarer's suit — stemming from the movie 'It Ends With Us' and following a complaint Lively first filed alleging sexual harassment — also named a number of other parties, including her husband Ryan Reynolds.

Mr. Baldoni had accused Ms. Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, of trying to destroy his reputation by accusing him of sexual harassment and retaliation.
