Kristin Davis might have played the picture-perfect Charlotte York in the series “Sex and the City,” but behind the polished image, there was a moment that still makes her shudder. In a March 7 episode of Davis’ podcast “Are You a Charlotte?” the actor opened up about a scene she couldn’t quite swallow — no pun intended.

In a memorable scene, Davis’ character, Charlotte York, suffered from food poisoning after eating a sampling of rich French cheeses with her husband, Harry Goldenblatt (Evan Handler), during a romantic night out. The two barely made it to the bathroom in their Park Avenue apartment as the stomach pains began.

As her Sex and the City character Charlotte York Goldenblatt, Kristin Davis was a huge fan of her friend Carrie Bradshaw's on-again/off-again love Mr. Bigg. But Davis herself, not so much.

The actress opened up about a cheesy plot she loathed on a recent episode of her "Are You a Charlotte?" podcast.
