The weather forecast for tonight’s regularly scheduled game between the Atlanta Braves and Washington Nationals was always looking pretty spotty. As it turned out, it was too spotty for baseball to be played on this particular evening.

The Washington Nationals' home game on Wednesday night against the Atlanta Braves was postponed by inclement weather and rescheduled as part of a split doubleheader on Sept. 16.
