Darren Criss is now a Tony winner. Criss won his first Tony Award on Sunday night for best actor in a leading role in a musical for Maybe Happy Ending, which is an original musical. He thanked his co-star in his acceptance speech.

The former Warbler won best actor in a musical for his performance in Maybe Happy Ending at Sunday night's awards show.

During his acceptance speech for his first Tony Award for his role in “Maybe Happy Ending,” Criss thanked those who have made the musical possible, which includes his co-stars, the director and the producers, but most importantly his wife, Mia Swier.
